Italian investors plan to build a dairy complex in Samara region, writes The DairyNews with reference to the website of the regional Ministry of agriculture.
On May 11, 2018, first Deputy Minister of agriculture and food of Samara region R. V. Nekrasov together with General Director of JSC "Samara region development Corporation" M. V. Soifer held a working meeting with representatives of the Italian agribusiness – the organizers of the investment company LLC "Samara projects".
During the meeting, the parties discussed the issue of adjusting the investment project for the construction of a livestock complex for 2,400 head of dairy cattle, developed by JSC "Samara region development Corporation" together with LLC "Samara projects".
The project involves the construction of a dairy cattle breeding complex and equipping it with modern high-tech equipment. At present, the specialists of JSC "Samara region development Corporation" are checking the list of equipment for the presence of Russian certification, the volume of design work is being studied, and the "road map" of the project is being developed.
As R. V. Nekrasov noted, Samara region is interested in the development of animal husbandry on the basis of modern technological solutions, and after clarification of the details, the work on the project will become the basis for signing an agreement on international cooperation with Italian colleagues.
