Investors from Italy plan to build a buffalo farm and a mozzarella producing plant in Crimea. The volume of investments may reach 300 million euro. This is according to Vice-Chairman of the Black Sea Association of International Cooperation Yan Epshtein.
It is planned to sign the agreement on 25-26 April in Crimea. The investments – 300 million euro – are fully foreign. Territory for the future project is already predetermined.
According to Andrey Grigorenko, Crimean Minister of Agriculture, local dairy products facilities are occupied only by 35% due to lack of raw milk. The republic has the highest level of government support in this sector.
