JSC "Syrodel": the company does not supply products to Kaliningrad region
In the information provided by the Supervisory authority, the results of samples of "Russian" cheese, taken by the Rosselkhoznadzor department for Kaliningrad region as part of the state monitoring conducted in the region do not comply with GOST (State Standard).
Alexander Vilgotsky, General Director of JSC “Syrodel”, in a comment to The DairyNews, urged not to trust unverified information: "At the moment, we can talk about the spread of false information that harms both the economy and the reputation of our company. The RF law "On protection of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when exercising state control (supervision) and municipal control" № 294-FZ stipulates the procedure and rules of their conduct. In particular, article 17 states that "if violations established by regulatory acts are detected during the audit by the people who conducted the audit, after drawing up and handing over the report on the results of the audit, an order is issued to the legal entity to eliminate the detected violations". JSC “Syrodel” currently does not have any documentary information that a documentary or field inspection was carried out against the company and any order was issued.
The information distributed indicates that the sampling was carried out in Kaliningrad region, and JSC "Syrodel" does not supply its products to this territory, which may also indicate that the falsified products were passed off as the products of our company, which we have already encountered many times before. But, even this is difficult to state confidently, without having the results of the study of selected samples. This issue should be thoroughly checked.
The products of JSC “Syrodel”, including semi-hard “Russian” cheese, are checked quarterly for quality and compliance with technical regulations in the Rosselkhoznadzor. At the same time, the Rospotrebnadzor constantly monitors our products.
As for the current situation with information about detected violations, in accordance with article 43 of the law on mass media, a request was sent to one of the mass media to provide JSC "Syrodel" with their documentary confirmation, or as soon as possible to refute information that does not correspond to reality. Measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation against mass media that distribute unverified information and discredit the honor and dignity of our company".
