On July 2, Kazansky dairy plant will be opened after the first stage of modernization. Agricultural holding "KOMOS GROUP", which includes the dairy plant since July 2017 after the bankruptcy of "Vamin-Tatarstan", has invested 1.6 billion rubles in the modernization of the enterprise and thus increased production capacity to 500 tons of milk and dairy products per day.
From July 2017 to July 2019, there were overhauled the milk receiving section with a capacity of 1000 tons per day, the hardware and starter sections, production sites of ultra-pasteurized products, fermentation and packaging of products in a PET bottle; there were built warehouses for finished products and auxiliary materials; the park of milk carriers was modernized.
According to the press service of “KOMOS GROUP”, in total, the implementation of the investment project for the modernization of the enterprise is planned in three stages from 2017 to 2021, the total investment is 3.5 billion rubles.
