"Troitskiy maslosyrodel" is one of the leaders in the production of cheese, butter and powdered whey in Altai region. The share of cheese produced at the enterprise in the total production of enterprises of the company "Kiprino" for 2018 amounted to 24%, butter - 42%, powdered whey - 100%. General Director of the company "Kiprino" Denis Zyuzin said that at the end of 2017 the company began to implement another investment project to modernize and increase production capacity twice, writes The DairyNews with reference to the press service of the regional government.

"It is planned to build a new cheese-making plant, which will process 120 tons of milk per day, and a new cheese storage facility for the maturation of cheese up to six months. The cost of the investment project is 1 billion 180 thousand rubles. To date, the project has been implemented by 50%: the main equipment has been ordered, construction work is underway. In September this year, we plan to launch the facility", he explained.

According to Technical Director of the company "Kiprino" Nikolay Medvedev, the modernization of the enterprise will not only increase the production capacity, but will also allow using a fundamentally new technology. "Here, we can say, revolutionary methods of cheese care, maintenance of climatic conditions are used. "Troitskiy maslosyrodel" is the pride of our company in terms of modern technological methods. There is a lot of equipment that has never been supplied in Russia", he stressed. All this will allow the company to produce cheeses (including hard varieties) with high consumer characteristics.
