"It is planned to build a new cheese-making plant, which will process 120 tons of milk per day, and a new cheese storage facility for the maturation of cheese up to six months. The cost of the investment project is 1 billion 180 thousand rubles. To date, the project has been implemented by 50%: the main equipment has been ordered, construction work is underway. In September this year, we plan to launch the facility", he explained.
According to Technical Director of the company "Kiprino" Nikolay Medvedev, the modernization of the enterprise will not only increase the production capacity, but will also allow using a fundamentally new technology. There is a lot of equipment that has never been supplied in Russia", he stressed. All this will allow the company to produce cheeses (including hard varieties) with high consumer characteristics.
