Kubanmoloko lodged an appeal against the court's decision on transglutaminase
In February 2020, information about the detection of microbial transglutaminase in cottage cheese produced in Krasnodar region was disseminated on the Internet by the Federal state budgetary scientific institution Rostov reference center of the Rosselkhoznadzor. This information may cause consumers to doubt the quality of all Kuban products and cause reputational and material damage to enterprises, since the company that produced this product is not named in the article. The position of the Association on this issue is based on the position of its members.
Initially, the Association Kubanmoloko addressed the Director of the Federal state budgetary scientific institution Rostov reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor with a request for information on the above-mentioned Kuban producers, but the request was not taken into account. After that, in order to protect the reputation of its members, the Association filed a claim to the Federal state budgetary scientific institution Rostov reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor. The court took the side of the Federal state budgetary scientific institution Rostov reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor and reject the suit of the Association.
Therefore, the Association Kubanmoloko has addressed the Arbitration appeal court with the appeal complaint.
