Therefore, the labeling will simply promote the monopolization of the market by those who can afford to install the appropriate equipment", said Yulia Melano.
The DairyNews reminds: the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation proposes to conduct an experiment in Russia on the labeling of certain types of dairy products, a pilot project can be held from September 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019.
