84% of legal entities and 71% of individual entrepreneurs registered in the Rosselkhoznadzor information system have joined the labeling of dairy products with an expiration date of less than 40 days, reported in the press service of the CATD to The DairyNews.
This information was provided by the project manager of the "Milk" commodity group of the Center for Advanced Technologies Development Yulia Kuzmina during the VII International Dairy Business Forum of the EAEU on milk production and processing in Sochi.
She also listed 12 leading regions for the introduction of the "Honest mark". These are Nenets Autonomous District, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Chukotka, Mordovia, the Altai Republic, Karachay-Cherkessia, the Jewish Autonomous region, Chechnya, Novgorod, Amur, Astrakhan and Magadan regions. In these regions, all producers of dairy products with an expiration date of less than 40 days are already connected to the labeling system.
