Producers are starting to use “grain part” through compound feeds and directly in animals’ diets in order to convert it into milk, what is economically more beneficial, said the expert.
Statistical data is being brought in line with reality, that is why raw milk deficiency occurred, not because of production fall. Whole-milk products output increase reflects consumer demand – it is 15-20% higher (per month) than in 2009, said V.Labinov. So, instead of consumer demand growth absence, whole-milk market growth means that volumes of commercial milk are not decreasing.
