Lactis: the key issue is the duration of the document processing process for labeling operations
- Lactis in this article did not raise the question of delays in the response of the CATD support service to the appeals of Lactis specialists. The key issue is the duration of the processing process for documents sent by the enterprise to CATD on labeling operations, starting from loading the codes into the "Application Report" to receiving a response from CATD on the document "Putting into circulation".
As part of this process, it is necessary to make four requests to CATD, which, based on the two minutes indicated by CATD for processing one request, is in the end 8 minutes plus 2 minutes required for the enterprise to form the sent documents, and this is already 10 minutes for each production batch of products with a volume of up to 30 thousand pieces. Due to the current restrictions of CATD on the number of labeling codes in the documents "Application Report" and "Putting into circulation", there is a need to split larger production batches.
With a full daily production load after the introduction of the third stage of labeling, the time spent on putting the manufactured products into circulation will be more than a day, which is costly for the enterprise and critical for the supply of perishable dairy products.
Therefore, we would like to receive a comment from CATD not on the issue that we have not addressed, but on the essence of the problem outlined above about the need to reduce the time spent by the enterprise on the procedures for contacting CATD during the production of each batch.
