LLC Agro-industrial holding Luga Podmoskovia will build a dairy farm in Chekhov - Konstantin Mikhalkov

LLC Agro-Industrial Holding Luga Podmoskovia plans to build three dairy farms on the territory of Moscow region (each designed for 3600 units of cattle), six sheep farms (1200 sheep each), as well as slaughterhouses with a capacity of up to 200 heads of small cattle per shift, a fish farm for breeding sturgeon breeds, as well as modern food markets with farm shops for producers of Moscow region.

‘The company Luga Podmoskovia plans to build the first dairy farm and sheepfold for breeding sheep and rams on the territory of Chekhov city district,’ said Mikhalkov. 

He added that working meetings with investors have already been held, land plots for the implementation of projects have been selected and inspected. ‘Currently, we are also searching for a land plot for the construction of a modern food market in Chekhov.’

The total volume of planned investments in the projects will amount to 2 billion rubles. Up to 30 new jobs will be created with an average salary of 65 thousand rubles. The company Luga Podmoskovia plans to start implementing projects in the IV quarter of this year,’ wrote the official on his Instagram account.
