LLC “Agroalliance Invest” is upgrading a dairy complex in Stavropol region for 1 billion rubles
Currently, all investment funds have been fully utilized. Innovations include an environmentally friendly and waste-free manure removal system, a high level of automation and progressive methods of managing a herd of cows, and a cold method of keeping calves in individual hutches. Auxiliary facilities have been built, technological equipment has been purchased, and the irrigation and ventilation system have been upgraded. New technologies for keeping and feeding cattle have been introduced, and a machine and tractor park has been created for servicing the dairy complex and forage harvesting. It is planned to reach the designed capacity by the end of 2020.
On January 16, as part of a working trip, first Deputy Minister of agriculture of Stavropol region Sergey Talalev inspected a dairy farm in the village Kalinovskoye. In 2019, 1700 head of pedigree pregnant heifers of Jersey breed from Denmark were brought to the farm. To date, about 1,500 animals have calved. The advantages of this breed are: high-quality milk of the highest grade with unique indicators for fat content from 5 to 7% and protein content up to 4.5% with high suitability for making cheese.
The product will be sold to the processing enterprises of Stavropol region. More than 25 tons of milk are sold daily, and 3.7 thousand tons of milk were produced over the past year.
- “Agroalliance Invest” is a dynamically developing company. It is the only farm in the South of the country that is engaged in keeping and breeding of Jersey cattle. The head of the region Vladimir Vladimirov created a favorable climate for the development of the livestock industry in the region. In 2019, the company was provided with state support to reimburse part of the direct costs incurred for the creation and modernization of objects of the agro-industrial complex of the dairy sector in the amount of 56.3 million rubles, - said first Deputy Minister of agriculture of Stavropol region Sergey Talalaev.
In the near future, the farm plans to get the status of a breeding organization for the sale of young livestock.
