LLC "Lyubimy gorod" has launched a shop for the production of whey worth 180 million rubles
As part of the project, supported by the Ministry of agriculture in preferential investment lending, the company received the first in the country leaseback for 10 years at a rate of 10.2%.
The line itself is universal and is able to process both whey (in the process of ultrafiltration and microparticulation) and skim milk. The result is a microparticulate, whey permeate, milk protein concentrate, milk permeate.
Irina Ivanova noted that before the final launch, the company carried out testing of the equipment, taking it for rent (there was used the equipment of company Kieselmann). During the rent period trial production of products was carried out, there was obtained data for the calculation of the investment project.
- Sources of project profitability are substitution of milk / raw materials, increased production of cottage cheese, yoghurts with high protein content.
Separately, the expert stressed the areas of application of microparticulate: the replacement of casein and fat, improving the structure of products, improving taste, the production of microgels for desserts and ice cream, the development of innovative products.
The line for processing of whey, which was launched at LLC "Lyubimy gorod" is able to process up to 200 tons of whey per day.
