"Lukoz" has purchased the factory "Molprom"

The major producer of goat milk and cheese - holding "Lukoz" announced the acquisition of the production site of the company "Molprom", reports The DairyNews with reference to information of the Director of Sernurskiy cheese plant Taras Kozhanov in Facebook.
"We are in the process of getting approval for a loan for the purchase of old production site in Yoshkar-Ola. In fact, it's a framework, an old milk factory, which was closed on 1 September. It is planned to upgrade it, install new lines. There are some ideas to start production of soft and smoked cheeses there. It all takes time. And money," told Taras Kozhanov to The DairyNews two years ago.
With a new site the company expected to approach the aim to process 150 tons of goat and cow milk.
Later, the founder of the goat farm "Lukoz" Vladimir Kozhanov said that they had to abandon the original plans, due to the difficult lending conditions.
Today Taras Kozhanov said that the company "Molprom" was purchased by the holding "Lukoz."
