Manufacturers replied to the words of the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor about the risk of collapse of the dairy market
"We should hardly expect this to happen (the collapse of the dairy market and the collapse of the purchase prices for milk. - RNS). The situation on the market, even after the introduction of electronic certificates for finished milk, will depend more on the demand for products and on the possibility of their export. In addition, on the effective fight against falsification and stability of state support", — says Belov.
Earlier, the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert said that the Russian dairy market could collapse if these products are not included in the electronic traceability system "Mercury" at the beginning of next year. According to him, now the country has unfavorable conditions for the development of the industry.
Since July 1, 2018 mandatory electronic veterinary certification entered into force in Russia. It involves the registration of accompanying documents for goods of animal origin in the "Mercury" system. In early June, the Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov told reporters that the finished dairy products will not be subject to electronic veterinary certification in the system "Mercury", for this type of product there will be used labeling system proposed by the Ministry of industry and trade.
