Mark Beck: the U.S. dairy industry is interested in the absence of punitive cross measures
For the last 40 years, the US dairy industry has grown by an average of 1.5%, said Vice President of the Council for export of dairy products of the US Ministry of agriculture Mark Beck at the VII Summer dairy summit.
The expert made a report “American ambitions in the dairy market”.
- Yes, there are some difficulties with China, but we diversify the markets. We consider Mexico as a domestic market and also protect it - it is important for the dairy industry of the United States, - said Mark Beck.
The expert stressed that “fair trade is important for the United States - conditions should be mutual and accessible to partners so that there are no punitive cross measures and punishments for each other”.
