Allocated from the Reserve Fund of the government of the Russian Federation 5 billion rubles for purchasing fuel and lubricants by farmers during the harvest period should be transferred without delay. This was stated by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting of the government, where the relevant draft resolution is being considered.
According to him, these funds will allow Russian farmers to buy at least 90 thousand tons of diesel fuel. "It is necessary to transfer money, of course, as soon as possible, as the harvesting campaign is already going on; farmers are waiting for this money. I would like to draw special attention of the Ministry of agriculture and, of course, the Ministry of Finance to this fact. It needs to be done immediately – as soon as the decision is made, bring it to me to be signed, and this money should be transferred to the regions", Medvedev demanded.
