In absolute terms, almost the entire increase in dairy production is in cheeses. The regions with the largest growth dynamics in cheese production have increased their volumes by 176 thousand tons of product over the past 7 years. The expert said this during his speech at the VII export forum "Dairy Belarus", The DairyNews reports.
