"Representatives of large companies say that consumption is reduced due to the fact that the consumer who perceives food in a different way changes and has other trends. Both milk and dairy products in the existing format in do not fit the vision of the consumer," said Mikhail Mishchenko, stressing that today, many players think about how to reconstruct their business.
For example, the Irish Glanbia has the production of soft cheese and mozzarella for pizza as a strategic concept. The cooperative Arla is in a similar situation.
