Minimal prices for dry milk interventions are determined in Russia

Russia plans to purchase around 10 thousand tons of dry milk and 4 thousand tons of butter in the summer 2016.
As it follows from the Ag. Ministry’s draft order, price for sublimated dried milk except defatted milk; dried, sublimated defatted milk and butter are set at 20,210 rubles per ton on the basis of raw milk produced on Russian Federation territory.
Particularly the Ministry proposes to set the following prices: for dried, sublimated defatted milk - 195,000 rubles per ton, for dried sublimated milk except defatted milk – 238,000 rubles per ton, for butter – 308,000 rubles per ton.
