Moscow removes restrictions: self-isolation is canceled since June 9, summer verandas will open on June 16
According to the website of the mayor of Moscow, since June 9:
- self-isolation, passes and scheduled walks are canceled for everyone – including the elderly and chronically ill
- hairdressers, beauty salons, photo studios, veterinary clinics and employment agencies are opening
- it is allowed to visit cemeteries freely
- theaters, concert organizations, and circuses can start rehearsals
- restrictions for carsharing are lifted
At the second stage, since June 16:
- summer verandas of cafes and restaurants and dentistry will start working
- libraries and rental services resume their work
- museums, exhibition halls, zoos will be opened
At the third stage, the following is planned since June 23:
- all other cafes and restaurants, fitness clubs and swimming pools, playgrounds and benches in parks will be opened
- social protection institutions will return to normal operation
- passenger navigation on the Moscow river is resumed.
"Muscovites must observe the "self-preservation regime" even after the restrictions are lifted. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, friends! The fight isn't over yet. Nevertheless, I would like to congratulate you on our next common victory and a big step towards returning to a full life", Sergey Sobyanin said.
