Moscow restaurateurs asked to expand measures to support the industry
‘We evaluate the measures very positively, as well as the prompt response to our appeal. The measures are good, but we cannot say that they are exhaustive and thanks to them, absolutely everyone will "survive". However, they will help quite well in the current situation. I think that we will work for a week now and will talk about a new package, depending on how the situation develops,’ Mironov said.
Earlier on Tuesday, it was reported that the Moscow government approved a package of additional measures to support public catering enterprises. They will receive a delay in lease payments for the third quarter of 2021 for premises leased from the city, the terms of lease payments are postponed until the end of 2021.
In addition, catering enterprises are included in the program of providing subsidies to small and medium-sized businesses. The maximum amount of the subsidy is 1 million rubles, which the recipient can spend for one or more purposes. For example, for the purchase or leasing of equipment, payment of utility bills, payment of interest on loans for business development, compensation for the costs of measures to prevent a new coronavirus infection (no more than 15 thousand rubles), providing employees with personal protective equipment (no more than 6.5 thousand rubles per 1 employee). The recipients of the subsidy are obliged to comply with the requirement of the main state sanitary doctor in Moscow regarding the mandatory vaccination of personnel, as well as to comply with the restrictions established by the decree of the mayor of Moscow.
In addition, the program of preferential lending to small and medium-sized businesses has been extended in the capital until the end of this year.
