Mozyr dairy products resumed deliveries to China
In August-September, the company shipped 125 tons of skimmed milk powder to China. This market was first opened in 2018, when Mozyr dairy products diversified its export supplies to the EAEU and third countries - China, Pakistan, Morocco, and Turkey. Since 2018, the company confirms that the production cycles of sterilized and powdered milk, butter and cottage cheese meet the requirements of Islamic norms and Halal standards.
According to the results of the first half of the year, the volume of foreign trade developed with a growth rate of 73.8%. The main export destinations are Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.
According to Director of the municipal production unitary enterprise Mozyr dairy products Elena Kosukha, the enterprise works stably. On average, more than 270 tons of milk is processed per day. Raw materials base are enterprises of Mozyr, Elsk and Narovlya districts. Revenue from sales of products in January-July amounted to Br67. 8 million with a growth rate of 106.9% compared to the same period last year.
In connection with the construction of new dairy farms and the increase in milk production by agricultural organizations, Mozyr dairy products is increasing its milk processing capacity. Thus, this year an investment project was implemented - an addition to the production building No. 2 was built with the installation of additional capacities for milk of 50 tons each. Other projects are also under development to increase the capacity of the farm and complete the equipment for the REDA milk processing line.
The Chairman of Gomel regional Executive Committee got acquainted with the production potential of the enterprise, clarified the development prospects, and asked about social support for workers. He also talked to the team. The Governor thanked the employees for their work, emphasizing that 9 of the 40 enterprises listed on the regional Board of honor are from Mozyr district.
The company employs more than 460 people. On a monthly basis, the company provides employees with a food package for Br100 each. The company's assortment includes more than 70 items - milk of various fat content, fermented dairy products, sour cream, cream, cottage cheese and curd products, desserts, butter. All products are produced only from natural milk.
