At the same time at the end of 2016, the revenue grew by 15.7% to 44.76 billion rubles (in 2015 — 38.68 billion rubles). And the proceeds from the sale of agricultural products and processed products increased by 22% to 34.07 billion rubles, follows from the accounting records of the company.
Non-current assets of the company have more than doubled to 71.39 billion rubles, the turnover decreased by 23% to 28.03 billion rubles. Long-term liabilities by 31 December 2016 were estimated at 54.64 billion rubles that is almost twice more than last year (27.38 billion rubles). Short-term liabilities changed insignificantly and made up 15.08 billion against 14.69 billion rubles a year earlier.
The decrease of net profit of "Agrocomplex" is caused mainly by the increase of interest payments up to 7.1 billion rubles, 4 billion rubles in 2015, suggested the analyst of IFC Markets Dmitry Lukashov. "The volume of obtained long-term loans has increased. And, in my opinion, this theoretically can become a positive factor. “Agrocomplex” was able to raise funds that can be used for further development and increase of land assets. Thus it remained profitable," he said.
