The construction of a livestock complex, investments in which amount to 300 million rubles will be started by the company "AgroFarm". This was announced by Director of LLC "AgroFarm" Alexander Morunov, reports TheDairyNews with reference to information of RIAMO.
According to the Head of the company, "a business plan for the construction and development of a new dairy farm has been already prepared. The documents are in the regional Ministry of agriculture. Our plans are to build a new modern dairy farm with a modern milking parlor, storages, silo trenches near the existing facilities of LLC "AgroFarm". It will be located on the area of about 10 hectares".
Dairy herd of the cattle breeding complex is more than 200 cows at the moment, each animal brings in about 6 thousand kilograms of milk a year.
The challenge of the project lies in the fact that at the present time the land on which the enterprise is located, belongs to the Federal state budgetary institution "Podolskaya Machine-testing station". The matter of its transfer to the property of the enterprise has been solved for several years.
"We hope that in the near future this issue will be resolved and we will be able to begin to implement the planned projects," said Alexander Morunov.
As noted by Deputy Head of the Department on investment activities, support of production and entrepreneurs of the administration of Podolsk Eugeniya Blinova, the issue of transfer of land into the ownership of LLC "AgroFarm" is being worked out at the moment. The administration has the situation under control.
