‘Release Nikolai Anatolyevich Vlasov from his position as Deputy Head of the Federal service for veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance in connection with the expiration of a fixed - term service contract,’ says the document published on the Portal of regulatory legal acts of the government.

Nikolay Vlasov has been Deputy Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor since April 2008. In 2003-2005, he was Deputy Director for scientific work of the Federal state institution All-Russian State Center for quality and standardization of medicines for animals and feed of the veterinary Department of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia.

In 2005-2006, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Veterinary supervision Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor, and in 2006-2008 - Head of the Veterinary supervision Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor for Moscow.

Nikolai Vlasov graduated from the Moscow veterinary Academy named after K. I. Scriabin in 1978.
