Nikolay Vlasov: the difficulties around “Mercury” will be aggravated, but we must survive this period
- Trying to make the most comfortable downloading from the database, we overloaded the answers: when a log entry or a list of certificates for a long period is requested, the answer is very large, since it includes certificates, all documents are attached to them, including scans, – Vlasov said.
Nikolay Vlasov added that the Rosselkhoznadzor identified two main procedures and introduced an artificial quota for them in order to temporarily solve the problems. As a result, if the request occurs over the quota – and it is one for all – instead of downloading, the APLM0012 token is obtained.
- Why didn't we foresee it? Recently, a lot of new companies have joined the system, and I did not expect that 1C will issue the release in June, not in July. The release is free; it was installed by many people and without making adjustments on the test server. Thus, we have lost the opportunity to send people to the test platform since July 1. And now all these companies are being connected to a productive server, – added Vlasov.
At the moment, according to the Deputy Head of the Department, the competent group under the leadership of Sergey Lyashko is preparing the second service. To speed up the development of the database there will be adjusted the quota download - when accessing the index to the database of some records a thousand records up or down will be downloaded on the request. This processing is expected to be much faster without changing the structure of the requests. In addition, as a temporary measure, the connection of multi-MB applications will be cut off in the download. Thus, the requested certificates with all necessary identifiers will be issued; the scanned related documents will not be issued.
The second most important problem is that retailers receive lots of batches of controlled goods that are not accompanied by any electronic veterinary certificates, or they are issued with such errors that internal integration systems cannot process them. Another difficulty is the configuration of the integration solution and its interaction with other systems of the enterprise and with the “Mercury”, as well as the lack of training of operators in the field.
Nikolay Vlasov offered to organize master classes, also for web-operators, to create webinars and distribute through different channels.
- We are doing a very difficult but serious thing; it can radically change the degree of protection of our market. It is profitable for all honest manufacturers and dealers; however, the state performs its main task ensuring the safety and legality. We face very serious resistance in this way, because there are too many illegal things. The difficulties will be aggravated; hysteria will be dispersed around them. We just need to survive this period, - concluded Vlasov.
He added that the trade networks have been informed of the requirement of non-application of penalties against suppliers who want, but for a number of reasons cannot work correctly in the system. The Deputy Head of the Department appealed to the regional veterinary authorities with the same request.
