OKA MOLOKO will build livestock complexes for 14400 milking cows in Ryazan region
LLC "OKA MOLOKO", a member of the group of companies "EkoNiva-APK", has started to implement a large-scale investment project in Ryazan region under the agreement with the government of the region signed in March 2018.
By 2020 it is planned to create four livestock complexes for 14,400 heads of dairy herd. The total investment will be more than 14 billion rubles. About 450 new jobs will be created. Reaching the designed capacity will allow the livestock complexes to receive up to 130 thousand tons of milk per year.
In May 2018 the construction of a livestock complex for 2800 heads and sites for growing young stock of dairy breeds for 4230 heads began in Pitelino district. By early July temporary roads on the territory of the complex have been already constructed. Construction of water supply and electricity supply networks of the facilities is being completed: 3 water towers, an electric substation are installed, 2 wells are being improved. The foundation for the barn №1 with a milking unit was built, works on reinforcement of the foundation for the barn №2 were carried out, filling of the foundation of the barn №3 began and a sanitary inspection room is being built. Fedlot - a site for keeping young stock (from 8 to 24 months) is ready for 90%. The commissioning of the livestock complex is scheduled for December 2018.
In Shatsk district, a site for the construction of a livestock complex for 6,000 animals is being prepared. Temporary roads have been built. The planning of the construction site is underway. At present, unloading and removal of soil is being carried out.
In addition, LLC "OKA MOLOKO" is developing projects of building complexes at Sasovo and Chuchkovo districts.
