Oleg Sirota invites farmers to the festival “Cheese. Feast. World”
"More than 300 farmers and cheesemakers, winemakers and artisans will come to our cheese factory in the village Dubrovskoye in Istra district of Moscow region! It will be a big, delicious, farmer's gastronomic holiday! This year, the festival is held for 4 days, so that everyone can come and buy without pushing! Thank you very much to the government of Moscow region and Governor Andrey Vorobyov for coordinating and organizing the festival. All spring and summer, the personal account was simply blown up fr om the messages of our colleagues-farmers, everyone asked: "Will there be a festival? After all, we need it so much!" - he wrote.
Sirota noted that in recent years, the festival has become a platform where farmers can sell a record number of products and use the proceeds to develop their farms. Now, because of restrictive measures, farmers in many regions have not been able to sell some of their products at all and are very eager to come to the festival to sell everything that has been grown over the past six months.
"There will be a lot of cheese, bread, sausages and wine at the festival! Small farms have suffered a lot, and they really need to be supported. Therefore, do not plan anything on these dates, except for a trip to us", Sirota added. - I would like to inform my colleagues-farmers that applications are still being accepted. If you want to participate in the festival - write to us at sir.pir.mir@parmezan.ru and we will send you a participant's questionnaire, in which you will need to tell about your farm. ATTENTION! Only farmers and agricultural enterprises participate - we will not have any overbidding! Just ourselves, eye to eye, hand to hand. You can always ask how and wh ere this product is grown or prepared".
At the festival, distance, disinfection, masks, gloves for sellers will be observed. All participating farmers will be tested for infection. As for transport, the organizers took into account all the mistakes of last year, expanded the road, made additional parking and will launch 30 Shuttle buses from the stations: "Novoierusalimskaya" and "Istra".
