On November 22 there will be a gala dinner in the framework of the "Golden clover" Award
On November 22, the “Golden clover” Award will be presented in Voronezh. Held for the second year in a row, the event is designed to form a relationship between the HoReCa segment and dairy producers, as well as to show the consumer the openness of market participants who are ready to expose their products to transparent judging by a professional jury.
Registration of participants will last until November 20.
Nominees of "Golden clover" will have a unique opportunity to listen to a course of lectures by Chef Talk, where the jury and invited experts will highlight the following topics:

As a result, the awards ceremony will be held during the gala dinner.
In 2019, the “Golden clover” award will be awarded in 12 categories: milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, fermented dairy product, cheese, dessert, butter, innovation, packaging, ingredient for dishes, jury prize. In addition, in the "cheese" category, the jury members will name the best hard and semi-hard cheese, soft cheese and blue cheese.
