During the week December 9-15th average rennet cheese price in Russia increased by 1.1%, pasteurized liquid milk average price increased by 0.4%.
During the week December 9-15th average rennet cheese price in Russia increased by 1.1%, pasteurized liquid milk average price increased by 0.4%. This is according to Rosstat data.
High-fat curd consumer price during the period under consideration increased by 0.6%, sterile milk consumer price increased by 0.5%. Starting from December 2013 cheese consumer prices grew by 16.7%, pasteurized milk – by 12.5%, sour cream – by 12.9%, butter – by 13.5%.
During the period from 3rd to 9th December consumer price index in Russia totaled 100.4%, staring from December, 1st – 100.8%, from year beginning – 109.4%, according to Rosstat.
