Pereyaslavsky dairy plant is considering the possibility of exporting to China not only milk, but also 1 percent kefir with peach, sea buckthorn, cherries, pineapple, cereals and bran. This was reported by the head of the enterprise Alexey Sarafinos in an interview with The DairyNews.
- The corresponding recipes in the test mode are tested at the factory. It is important for us to accurately get into the consumer expectations of the Chinese both in the tastes of kefir and in the design of the packaging", he said.
Alexey Sarafinos also noted that the milk culture in China is markedly different from both Russian and European. In fact, it is only beginning, thanks to the emergence of young people's growing interest in milk and drinks based on it.
