Price for dairy products, cheese and eggs grew by 1.5% in November

Consumer price index for dairy products, cheese and eggs in November in Russia reached 101.5% against the previous period under consideration, according to Rosstat data. In EU countries consumer prices for this group of products dropped by 0.1%.
In Lithuania in November consumer prices for dairy products, cheese and eggs grew by 1%, in the Netherlands – by 0.8%, in Rumania, Slovenia, Belgium and Cyprus – 0.3-0.5%. In Denmark prices for these products decreased by 1.7%, in Portugal, Latvia, Slovakia, Hungary – by 0.5-0.8%.
Since the beginning of the year prices for dairy products, cheese and eggs grew in Russia by 8.7%, for meat and meat products – by 7.8% (in EU prices for these groups of products decreased by 2.9% and 1.2% respectively).
