Producers of Adyghe cheese asked the Russian President to subsidize the "capex" of food industry
Currently, Adygea has the exclusive right to produce Adygea cheese. At the same time, the enterprises of the Republic are increasing the volume of its production. Thus, for 11 months of this year, the region produced 15.7 thousand tons of cheese and cheese products (128.6 %). The geography of supplies is also expanding - today these are different regions of Russia, as well as Germany, the UAE, Azerbaijan, there are agreements with Turkey, negotiations on supplies to Korea are underway.
- The Supreme Court ruled: it left us the right for the name Adyghe cheese. Of course, our competitors were dissatisfied with this fact; there were a number of publications that Adyghe cheese would disappear from the shelves. The price will be sky-high that we will not be able to cope with the volumes. As you said, the cheese has not disappeared, the price rises less than for similar cheeses, we are monitoring this. And, most importantly, when the buyer votes with his wallet, he gets a guaranteed quality, which we promised, - said Ruslan Teshev.
In addition, the representative of the Union noted that since next year the enterprises of food and processing industry of the Republic of Adygea planned technical re-equipment in the amount of more than 1.5 billion rubles from their own funds. The new version of the state program of agricultural development provides subsidies for reimbursement of up to 40 percent of the costs of technical re-equipment.
- Unfortunately, this program applies only to agricultural producers, but it does not apply to the enterprises that are engaged in the food and processing industry, - said Ruslan Teshev.
In response, Russian President Vladimir Putin appealed to Head of the Ministry of agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, assuring that the idea of introducing food enterprises in the list of subsidies for "capex" is quite sound.
Minister Patrushev, in turn, said: "In general, the reimbursement of capital expenditures is not a very good measure of support, there are other opportunities now and there are preferential loans". In addition, the head of the agricultural Department noted that the Ministry of agriculture would consider a proposal for "capex" for food industry.
