Property of Bakalinskiy the dairy plant-the bankrupt was again put up for auction
The real estate of the plant, estimated at 11.95 million rubles is sold as a separate lot. The list for sale includes the main building of the plant with an area of 3.7 thousand square meters, a 1-storey laboratory, a garage, an administrative 2-storey building, a transformer substation, two warehouses with a total area of 654 square meters and the right to lease a land plot for the placement and maintenance of a production base. This lot is put up for sale again. The property put up for auction is encumbered by a mortgage agreement with JSC Bank Inteza.
‘In case of recognition of repeated auctions as invalid or failure to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with the sole bidder, the Bank has the right to keep the unsold property for itself at a price 10% lower than the initial sale price at repeated auctions,’ the documentation says.
Separately, six more lots with a total value of 2.6 million rubles were put up for auction. The list of lots included asphalt pavement at a price 830,5 thousand rubles, two washing unit at a price of 533 thousand rubles, sewage treatment plant at a price of 633 thousand, artesian well at a price of 354,8 thousand rubles, laboratory of the sewage treatment plant at a price of 180.6 per thousand rubles.
Applications from participants are accepted until October 19, and the auction itself will be held on October 21.
As previously reported by RBC Ufa, Bakalinsky dairy plant was declared bankrupt by the decision of the Arbitration court of Bashkiria on November 2, 2018. As of the end of 2017, the company's net assets amounted to 1.5 million rubles, total assets-139.7 million rubles, fixed assets on the balance sheet-129.8 million rubles. Compared to 2016, 2017 saw a sharp drop in revenue: from 247.4 million to 93.8 million rubles. In April this year, the property of the plant was sold at auction for 9.2 million rubles, it was purchased by two Moscow companies - Law company Alest and Vallitek.
