Ravil Dautov: the task of labeling milk at the enterprise is hindered by delays on the part of CATD

Among them, there are significant delays on the part of CATD in the efficiency of processing submitted documents for labeling operations.

Document processing includes eight stages (loading codes, generating reports, sending, receiving responses to them, accounting, etc.).

Each stage requires time expenditures, the total number of which reaches 12.5 hours with a shift output of 200,000 units of products produced in 60 assortment positions, the company noted.

The assortment range of products of JSC Laсtis includes 130 items in 14 product categories, and when the production capacity is fully loaded, the commissioning of labeled products will take more than a day.

‘It is necessary to finalize and simplify this procedure, which will avoid improper performance of our contractual obligations, disruption of product deliveries to retail outlets,’ stressed in the company.

Earlier we wrote that since September 1, mandatory labeling of dairy products with shelf life of more than 40 days is introduced, on December 1, 2021, labeling becomes mandatory for categories of perishable products - with shelf life of less than 40 days.
