Raw milk comes to Tula dairy plant from 28 suppliers

This was announced by Viktor Ermakov, Deputy General Director of "Tula dairy plant" during the seminar "Quality dairy products; from farm to stall".
"In Tula region there is little milk, we have to purchase raw milk in the neighboring regions," - said the expert.
The largest suppliers of the plant are the companies "EkoNiva" and "Interkros Center".
"In total there are 28 suppliers, and we are looking for new ones. The current task is to find quality milk acceptable for making cheese. We need 30 tons of raw milk for cheese production, and after reaching full capacity, this amount will increase up to 50 tons," - said Viktor Yermakov, who was quoted by The DairyNews.
