As of October 27th purchase price of I Class, basic fat content raw milk reached 18.29 rubles what is 0.5% more compared to the price fixed the previous week.
As of October 27th purchase price of I Class, basic fat content raw milk reached 18.29 rubles what is 0.5% more compared to the price fixed the previous week. This is according to the Ministry of Agriculture data. Average retail price during the period under consideration for pasteurized milk reached 42.79 rub./kg (+0.3% within a week’s time and +10.5% year to date); for butter – 348.74 rub./kg (+0.3, +11.5%); for cheese – 360.69 rub./kg (+0.6%, +10.1%).
During the period from January to September 2014 total milk yield in all categories of enterprises totaled 24.1 mln tons, what is 0.6% lower compared to the same period of 2013.
