Robotic farm agricultural production cooperative "Krasnaya Bashkiria" produced 7 tons of commercial milk for a day
"Agriculture is being modernized, and, of course, the Republic will support this process, even in a difficult economic situation", said the head of the region.
The automated farm was launched on February 21. There are vertical screw mixers designed for the preparation of complete and balanced rations with bio-additives, premixes, and three milk cooling tanks. The farm employs 10 people - mostly in the control point of robotic systems on the farm.
According to the Ministry of agriculture of Bashkortostan, 288.6 million rubles of investment in the first stage consisted of 65.5 million rubles of the company's own funds, 123.4 million rubles of credit and 99.7 million rubles of state support. The loan was taken out in the "Rosselkhozbank" at 3.4% per annum. The company purchased robots and 400 heifers of Holstein breed (recognized as the most productive), built two frame-tent barns with ventilation. On the farm, instead of people, there are six robots-milkers, one cleaning robot and a robot that removes manure.
According to the company, in total, agricultural production cooperative "Bashkiria" keeps 2130 heads of cattle, including 888 cows. The robotic farm has 308 milking cows and 25 heifers. The gross milk yield on the farm since the beginning of the year was 552 tons. On May 6, the milk yield for the day was 7.2 tons, 23.6 kg per cow. Marketability, i.e. processing of raw materials, is 97%.
