"Romir" reported a decrease in the expences of Russians and the amount of the average receipt
"During the 9th week of this year, the daily expenses of Russians decreased slightly compared to the previous period. From 25 February to 3 March, the household spent on traditional goods 4472 rubles, which is 2.2% lower than a week earlier", — stated in the message of the holding.
At the same time, the study notes that the current figure is 0.6%, or 25 rubles, which is more than in the same period last year.
In the ninth week of 2019, the average receipt of Russians decreased by 2.1% compared to the figure for the eighth week and amounted to 547 rubles. Compared to the same period last year, the average receipt has decreased by 2%.
The likely reasons for the reduction of costs and the amount of the average receipt analysts of the holding call the factor of post-holiday cost reduction (in the eighth week of the year February 23 was celebrated) and the traditional reduction of costs before payment of wages.
The research of “Romir” holding is based on data of consumption by 40 thousand inhabitants of Russia, 15 thousand households in 220 cities with the population over 10 thousand people.
