Public events have been cancelled throughout Russia due to an increase in cases of coronavirus infection, said the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova during the presidium of the coordinating council under the government to combat COVID-19.
As the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted, the situation with the spread of coronavirus in the country is tense, the number of cases is growing. Over the past two weeks, the number of patients with COVID-19 who are in hospitals has increased by more than 25%.
