No one has been able to get figures 15-35 thousand rubles per enterprise in the course of the experiment, and none of the examples of technical solutions has confirmed these figures yet,’ said Artem Belov, General Director of Soyuzmoloko. ‘We don’t clearly understand how this can cost 15-30 thousand rubles, if the labeling system requires machine vision, equipment for applying and reading the code, integration with the enterprise information system, and other tools.’
According to estimates of Soyuzmoloko, if enterprises with an industrial production volume of 10 tons per day are not able to apply labels in the printing house, they will have to install equipment on the line. The cost of such equipment, according to suppliers of technological solutions, for one line today ranges from 3 million rubles to 10 million rubles.
