Rusagro bought "Koshkinskiy butter and cheese plant"
It was not possible to receive any comments in "Rusagro" - the representative of the company refused to answer the questions on the subject of acquisition of capacities in Samara region, the managers of the holding "Alev" declined to comment.
The company “Alev” is founded in Ulyanovsk region; since 2015 the address of registration is in the settlement of Koshki in Samara region. In the region the company owns the Koshkinskiy butter and cheese plant.
- Rusagro considers prospects all over the country. In my opinion, the primary task that will be solved by the company in Samara region is the development of cheese production and deep processing of whey with the production of food ingredients, - said Director of the Russian Dairy Research Center Mikhail Mishchenko. According to the expert, the estimated cost of the holding "Alev" may be $180-200 million.
According to “SPARK-Interfax” system, in 2017 the revenue of the Koshkinsky butter and cheese plant amounted to 2.4 billion rubles, net profit - 11.2 million rubles. In 2015 the revenue of JSC "Alev" amounted to about 5 billion rubles.
In addition, according to SPARK, joint-stock company "Alev" is registered at the address: Samara region, Koshki district, settlement Koshki, quarter 4, 12. LLC "Rusagro Dairy products" registered by “Rusagro” on August 21, 2018has the same address. A new LLC is headed by Stanislav Shalamkov, head of Bondarsky cheese plant and other dairy companies of the holding "Rusagro".
