Russian authorities need evidence that Belarusian producers are not re-exporting products from "sanctioned "countries under the guise of Belarusian ones to Russia. This view was expressed to journalists by Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation Alexey Gordeev.
"Today we need evidence that such violations will no longer be allowed by the Belarusian authorities, because re-export supplies have been repeatedly recorded. Under the guise of the fact that these products are from Belarus, they, in fact, came from various European countries", he said.
Gordeev added that the veterinary services of Russia and Belarus are negotiating on this issue in order to ensure proper control over the supplied products.
