Russia reduced the supply of skimmed milk powder by 18% in the first half of 2021

Butter imports remained almost at the level of the first half of 2020, 66.4 thousand tons, 0.09% lower than in 2020 (imports from the Republic of Belarus increased by 2.6%, imports from other countries decreased by 3.4%).

The import of skimmed milk powder in the first half of 2021 amounted to 23.2 thousand tons, 18% less than in 2020 (imports from the Republic of Belarus decreased by 17%, imports from other countries decreased by 24.5%).

The import of whey powder also decreased, in the first half of 2021, imports amounted to 10.4 thousand tons, 44.8% less than in 2020 (imports from the Republic of Belarus decreased by 46%, imports from other countries decreased by 33%).

The import of whole milk powder, on the contrary, increased, in 2021, the import of whole milk powder amounted to 11.8 thousand tons, 891% more than in 2020 (imports from the Republic of Belarus increased by 1000%, imports from other countries increased by 387%).
