Russia to decrease milk production in 2016 – John Kopiski

According to OOO Rozhdestvo owner John Kopiski, milk production in Russia may decrease in 2016. Lack of feeds may become one of the main reasons for production drop.
According to the expert’s estimates, milk yields and production volumes may decrease and lead to increase of purchase price for raw milk. Due to good management and local government support at certain stages the farmer managed to keep positive dynamics of cash flow, said Mr. Kopiski meaning his own farm Rozhdestvo. He also added that the crop was good what helped him to keep the milk yields at 30 liters per cow per day. This became possible on account of successful subsistence supply management and costs, resumed the expert.
