Russia to launch Kremlin Quality food label
A new range of products with the president's seal of approval could soon be found in Russia's stores, a news report said Tuesday. At first, meat and dairy products only will be chosen to carry the new Kremlin Quality brand name, but in future it could adorn a variety of high quality Russian goods and domestic products, told Vladimir Kozhin, head of the presidential property management department.
Over 32 trademarks have been registered by the president's administration department, including Kremlin, Kremlin Bear and Kremlin Premium. The federal company Trading House: Kremlin is the owner of these trademarks.
Kremlin and Government endorsed goods have been produced at the Nepetskino complex in the Kolomna district to the south of Moscow for 70 years. Nepetskino is expected to open a new production facility in the near future.
