Sales of dairy products decreased by 6.2% in June

In June, sales of sugar in Russian retail organizations that do not belong to small businesses increased by 25% compared to May this year, while sales of other types of products decreased last month, according to the report of Rosstat.
In particular, sales of meat and meat products decreased by 3.7% by May this year, canned meat - by 0.7%, fish, crustaceans and shellfish decreased by 4.8%, vegetable oil - by 1.6%.
Sales of dairy products by retailers in June decreased by 6.2% compared to May, drinking milk - by 8.6%, fat cheeses - by 5.6%.
Sales of eggs decreased by 8.9%, confectionery - by 4.6%, tea - by 6.6%, salt - by 0.3%, bread and bakery products - by 1.7%, flour - by 17.1%, cereals - by 4.8%, pasta - by 4%. In turn, sales of fresh vegetables decreased by 7.2%, potatoes - by 11.4%, and fresh fruit - by 6.1%.
