Sergey Dankvert: 75 thousand tons of unrecorded milk powder entered Russia
It should be reminded that the assessment of the Rosselkhoznadzor in terms of the share of falsification in the dairy market differ significantly from the ones of the Ministry of agriculture and Rospotrebnadzor. If the Rospotrebnadzor refers to a number of 5-7%, the Rosselkhoznadzor has repeatedly stated that in a number of categories, the falsification reaches 80%.
- At the current level of falsification, it is difficult to talk about entering international markets, where first of all they will ask how you control the domestic market, - said Sergey Dankvert at the Congress of Soyuzmoloko.
According to the official, it remains important to introduce EVC not only for raw materials, but also for finished products.
- What does your market depend on today first of all? On milk powder. What do we have? Soyuzmoloko, everyone here was opposed to include milk powder into the electronic veterinary certification. As a result, 75 thousand tons of unrecorded milk powder came from Belarus. This product, according to documents, left for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, but it didn't arrive. Tell me, please, did you intend to do harm to yourself? Why did you object so much to introduce the finished product into the EVC? The first stage involved the introduction of milk powder, cheese and butter into "Mercury". Further - at the discretion. First of all, colleagues from “Wimm-Bill-Dann” and “Danone” were against finished products. Why? Because they use milk powder, which entered the Russian Federation illegally!? 75 thousand tons of milk powder, by the way is 750 thousand of your raw milk which you didn't receive, - Dankvert declared.
According to the official, over the past five years, the quality of products has deteriorated sharply in the country, including the growth of falsification.
- Just recently the video was made at one “cheese and butter plant”. There are products - on one side of the box it is written cheese, on the other side - protein-fat product with a substitute for milk fat. Who allowed the term “milk fat substitute”? I do not understand why this was done, - said the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
According to Dankvert, only after the Rosselkhoznadzor received the authority to control the protein-fat product, a huge amount of this product was seized at the border; this product is often packed under the guise of cheese when it comes to Russia.
- Last year we sent less dairy products abroad, because Belarus was closed. Colleagues, we all resemble the car that passed, the dust settled behind it, remained, and the car is already far away. We have already eaten the cheese product, and no one will mark it, no one will mark the milk powder on the package. In order to be engaged in export, we need traceability, - Dankvert declared.
In addition, the official said that the industry should help the Ministry of agriculture.
- Why don't you criticize the Ministry of economic development? Do you want export? Where is the identification of the cattle? The Ministry of economic development has not signed the document on it for two years. All rested on cats and dogs, despite the fact that the introduction for these animals was postponed to 2024. Why don't you say anything? How do you want to ensure traceability without the identification required by the Chinese experts? In China, to restore order, 20 people were shot, including the chief of the responsible service. Any delivery to China is possible only when we have the same discipline as in China, - said Sergey Dankvert.
