Sergey Rezunenko, director of LLC Kieselmann Rus Yug, speaking during the business program of the Agrorus exhibition, noted that an important trend in food industry is personalized nutrition for a specific person, writes The DairyNews.
‘No one has invented a better protein producer for a person than a cow,’ Sergey Rezunenko expressed his point of view. ‘You put grass in a cow and get a great product. I do not produce dairy products; we offer a tool for delivery of dairy components. I believe that alternative dairy products cannot be called dairy,’ the expert stressed.
He noted that ‘plant-based meat will be eaten when most buyers find out that vegetable products are really healthier than meat.
Earlier we wrote that according to analysts, the cost of plant-based meat can be compared with the level of animal meat within 2-3 years.
